Caitlyn Lai-Valenti is Director of Sales for Brookfield Residential Southern California. Caitlyn has been with Brookfield Residential since 2005, starting as a Sales Counselor and working her way to Director with an unmatched work ethic and unparalleled sales knowledge. Caitlyn has 15 years of experience in real estate sales with a specialization in new homes. As Director of Sales, Caitlyn is responsible for sales leadership and management, pricing, staffing, projections and sales absorptions. Caitlyn’s dedication to the leadership of the sales team shows through the nurturing environment she creates with her team, where everyone is encouraged to make a difference in everything they do. She works closely with the team and finds great joy in seeing each team member thrive and achieve their goals as they welcome new Brookfield enthusiasts into the family with every sale, as that is only the beginning of a lifelong relationship. Caitlyn received her B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing from Chapman University and earned an MBA from University of Phoenix. She lives in Southern California with her husband and young son.
