At Oncor, Hilary is currently responsible for major projects and programs in the Enterprise Network and Telecommunications areas, the main one being the Telecom Refresh Program or TRP. The TRP is a multi-year and multi-million dollar program designed to replace aging telecommunications equipment (like the microwave and land mobile radio systems) through the deployment of modern, digital systems. Prior to Oncor, Hilary worked in IT consulting (Sendero Consulting and Deloitte Consulting) focused on utility and public sector clients.
