Damon Goodwin is passionate about people, adventure and approaching life with creativity. A 25-year veteran of the healthcare industry, Damon has been involved with the launch of more than 20 multi-million-dollar products, has brokered unconventional partnerships to the benefit of patients across Canada and developed highly profitable distribution and licensing agreements for medicine and medical devices globally. As CEO of Shaping Purpose, Damon worked extensively with the Canadian Department of National Defence and also Veterans Affairs to research and produce a transition program for medically released service members.At Civilized, as VP of Revenue and Partnerships, Damon is responsible for the monetization of Civilized content, events, agency and strategic partnerships and splits his time between the Civilized HQ on the east coast of Canada and the west coast office in Venice Beach, California. Civilized is a proud member of the Global Cannabis Partnership. Damon has a degree in Commerce from Mount Allison University, where he served as valedictorian.
