As Chief Operating Officer at Evolution Digital, Cash Hagen provides overall direction and leadership on the many operational processes, systems and resources to best serve the needs of Evolution Digital’s internal and external customers. With a disciplined, progressive and driven approach for continuous improvement, Cash’s primary focus is to ensure that Evolution Digital exceeds the high standards of operational excellence that the company’s employees, customers and partners expect and deserve. Prior to joining Evolution Digital in October 2018, Cash spent more than a decade as COO and CTO at one of the premier video, Internet and telephone service providers in the United States, WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone. With that experience and perspective, Cash is an integral member of the management team in serving Evolution Digital across operational, technology and financial areas. Cash is a long-term veteran of the telecommunications industry and, over the course of 20+ years, he has served in leadership, technology, business development and operational roles at Cox Communications, Antec/Arris, ADC Telecommunications, BigBand Networks and Nortel. Cash earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Lindenwood University in St. Louis, MO, and his MBA from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. He is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and is an avid St. Louis Cardinal Baseball fan.
