Jeffrey David obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law in 2009. Mr. David focuses on litigation and client advisement on employment matters in the fitness, education, and cannabis industries. His practice involves a broad range of complex business litigation and client advisement on issues ranging from data security to products liability. He has also advised clients on issues involving regulatory compliance and contractual obligations.Before joining the firm, Mr. David practiced in the litigation department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Diego office from 2011 to 2015. He secured defense judgments in all stages of litigation, from initial pleadings to trial verdicts, in state and federal courts, and acquired extensive experience deposing and defending fact and expert witnesses. Mr. David was awarded Casa Cornelia’s Pro Bono Publico Award for his outstanding legal service. From 2016 to the present, Mr. David has been selected by Los Angeles Magazine as a Rising Star.
