Lara DeCaro is a founding board member and Secretary of the National Cannabis Bar Association. She is a business transactional lawyer actively practicing in San Francisco who concentrates highly regulated industries and emerging technologies. She worked on a Raven case shortly after graduating from law school and started working with cannabis businesses about 10 years ago. In between, she worked for both a premier risk management software company and a leading bio-pharma company. She has a double BS from the University of Southern California and a JD from Tulane Law School.
