Jacque Petroulakis oversees marketing initiatives, brand strategy and investor relations for NexMetro Communities, the nation’s leading single family rental community builder. The company’s Avilla Homes neighborhoods have created new dynamic that has reshaped the rental housing market with an innovative option for consumers seeking a luxury leased living experience like no other. Appealing to the “renter by choice” consumer, this housing option combines the lifestyle and finishes of a new home with the flexibility of a lease and no-hassle maintenance free living of on-site professional management. The gated neighborhoods feature single story homes with no shared walls, private backyards and modern finishes. NexMetro’s portfolio currently consists of 20 properties completed, under construction and in development, with an additional 10 properties in pre-development stage. The more than $800M existing and pre-development portfolio spans Sunbelt locations from Arizona to Florida. Ms. Petroulakis has more than 20 years of homebuilding experience from corporate communications and marketing, to zoning entitlements and government relations. She was formerly with PulteGroup and Del Webb, where she worked on the start-up, communications and entitlement of the 11,000-unit Anthem Phoenix development and served as president of its community association council.
