With more than 15 years of marketing experience, Lisa Hansen has worked with breakout brands in a variety of industries including cannabis, agriculture, natural foods, and technology at award-winning agencies Plaid Marketing and McDill Associates. In particular, the agencies are known for creating standout packaging, branding and product launches that consistently earn accolades. Lisa leads all client development and strategy, as well as content and campaign development at Plaid and McDill. She has named products, developed trademarked taglines and created too many memorable campaigns to count. Hansen holds a BA in Communications from the University of San Diego and is the Chief Marketing Officer of GreenTrade Santa Cruz, a local organization supporting legal cannabis companies—and establishing a brand for Santa Cruz Cannabis. She also sits on the NCIA Packaging & Labeling Committee and the Marketing & Merchandising Committee of United Fresh (an organization for leaders in agriculture).
