Barrett Schrader is the North American Vice President of Business Development at Proactive Dealer Solutions, The BDC Experts (PDS). A 20-year veteran of the automotive industry, Mr. Schrader leads a team at the company’s headquarters in Huntersville, N.C. and St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. PDS is a full service automotive retail training firm focused on building business development cultures at retail automotive dealerships. Mr. Schrader joined the automotive industry after college selling cars followed by moving into management for a large Automotive Group based out of Mishawaka, Ind., prior to joining PDS in 2005. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Trinity Christian College in Illinois where he was the captain of the Men's Basketball program. He has facilitated meetings for various 20 Groups, NADA groups as well as Digital Dealer conferences.
