Jared Geisler is the Development Manager for the Phoenix Region of NexMetro Communities, a pioneering development company that has transformed the real estate market by creating an innovative hybrid housing option for consumers seeking a different living experience. This luxury leased home neighborhood concept, marketed under the name Avilla Homes, has grown exponentially since the company was formed in 2012. NexMetro has more than 3,300 units representing 20 Avilla Homes communities either completed, under construction or in development, and has a robust pipeline representing more than 1,000 units in the markets of Phoenix, Dallas, Denver and Tampa, making it one of the fastest-growing builders in the country. Since joining NexMetro Communities in 2016, Jared has managed the opening of eight new single family for rent communities entailing more than 1,000 rental homes in the metro Phoenix region and representing $180M of development. Jared is highly knowledgeable on all aspects of the built for rent neighborhood concept starting from site selection, feasibility, and community layout through permitting and construction. Jared’s experience spans 15 years of real estate development starting with civil consulting for some of the nation’s largest single family home builders to managing the land development process for several of PulteGroups’s legacy projects. Jared is a registered Professional Engineer (Civil), and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University. Go Devils!
