I am a PhD in Mechanical Engineering (University of Denver) specialized in Wind Energy, CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), and Applied Aerodynamics. I am an expert in CFD modeling for complex fluid systems, including wind turbines, aerospace industry, flux machines, industrial manufacturing devices and medical devices. Additionally, I implement automated CFD optimization integrating MATLAB and CFD solvers to improve the design of industrial devices. My research in wind energy includes the development of CFD models to characterize the aerodynamics of wind turbine wakes taking into consideration local wind resources and local atmospheric stability conditions. I have also developed a workflow using SolidWord /Matlab / Ansys Fluent to explore better wind farm layout designs, achieving better solutions to improve the productivity (output power) and use of land.
