Philip Ogram is G&W’s Director of Structures Inspection where he is overall responsible for the leadership and continued development of the company’s internal bridge inspection program. With their 11 person inspection staff, the team works to ensure the safety of over 9,000 structures in North America. Philip is a Civil Engineering graduate of Youngstown State University with a Master’s in Business Administration from Excelsior College. Additionally, he recently completed a Business Analytics Certificate Program from The Wharton School of Business in 2019. Philip began his railroad career with CSX as a Bridge Management Trainee in 2011 where he advanced to a Bridge Inspector in West Virginia then on to Manager of Structures out of Syracuse, NY. He joined G&W in 2015 as Director of Structures for their Southern Region railroads where he oversaw the management and inspection of nearly 900 structures.
