Richard Bertoli Jr has been working as a Civil Engineer for the past 18 years. His transportation project portfolio includes various work on roadways, highways, and railways. Richard is currently acting as a deputy project manager at WSP working on the CTDOT Walk Bridge Program, who’s objective is to replace a 4-track swing bridge on the New Haven Line. For past 4 years, Rich has assisted CTDOT with Program Management of large complex projects.
