Mr. Bernhardt is a Senior Management Professional with over 30 years of experience in engineering management and technical expertise. His experience includes Project Management for multi-disciplinary hydropower energy projects, including upgrade of a 600 MW pumped storage project. He is a rotating equipment (turbines, generators) expert, having upgraded over 40 units throughout his career. He was the Lead Mechanical Engineer for the design of the $110M, 29 MW Chaudière Hydroelectric Project in Ottawa. He has completed numerous Due Diligence exercises, developing capital spending plans for both refinancing and acquisition of hydroelectric, thermal and wind power projects.
