Souheil Sabbagh is currently working as a Director Strategy & Consulting Services for SNC-Lavalin’s Intelligent Networks & Cybersecurity group. This group consolidates all of SNC-Lavalin’s expertise on digital utility evolution and critical infrastructure protection and is part of SNC-Lavalin’s Power which regroup over 5000 experts in the power industry such as hydroelectricity, renewables, nuclear, transmission and distribution of electricity, and energy storage around the world. Mr. Sabbagh has been working in different positions within the last ten years in the power industry sector. His knowledge covers power projects in renewables, hydroelectricity, nuclear, and transmission and distribution, both in North America and internationally. Throughout his career, Mr. Sabbagh has led the full life-cycle of large capital project and his strong experience has contributed to delivering high performing projects from obtaining financing to delivering construction. Currently, his focus is helping utilities to make strategic and tactical decisions that address the complexity of the Power Grid 4.0 digitalization. Mr. Sabbagh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
