Tom Cloonan is the Chief Technology Officer- Network Solutions at CommScope. In this position, he is responsible for directing the architectural work and future product planning for CommScope’s network products. His research has focused on DOCSIS and Broadband Networking for the past 20+ years. Tom has a BSEE degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, a MSEE degree from Purdue University, and a Ph.D in Physics from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland. Tom is a Fellow of the IEEE and he has been inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers.
