Taylor Smith is the Founder and President of Suite 200 Solutions (formerly known as CLM Advisors). His company improves how claims organizations, law firms, and service and technology firms do business with each other more effectively. Taylor has more than 30 years of experience in improving litigation processes for insurance, claims, and legal executives. He held executive positions with CaseRev, CaseKnowledge, CT TyMetrix, and ePolicy Solutions. He also held claims professional roles at MMI Companies, CNA Insurance, and Norcal Mutual. Taylor has performed the industry-leading CLM Litigation Management Studies of 2011, 2015, and most recently 2019. Taylor is a Contributing Editor to CLM Magazine. Taylor’s articles have appeared in Claims Magazine, Claims Advisor Magazine, Property Casualty 360, AM Best Review, National Underwriter, The DRI’s For the Defense magazine, and Litigation Management Magazine. Taylor received a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University in New York City, and attended Boston College Law School.
