Nicasia Anzalone Caires has a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology, and an Instructional Design Certification. She labels herself a “lifelong learner”. She currently works for Learning.com as the Senior Implementation Specialist and Professional Development Trainer. She has worked in K-12 for years and has taught in every grade. Nicasia’s prior school district experience - beyond teaching - is as an Instructional Designer, Online Instructor and Trainer with Seminole County Public Schools, Florida. She was a District Distance Learning Coordinator, Instructional Design Coach, and Instructor with Wissahickon School District, New Jersey. Nicasia also has experience as a Course Developer, e-learning Designer, Product Pioneer, and has worked in Public Affairs/Communication.
