Chelsea Fallon is the Director of the FCC’s Rural Broadband Auctions Task Force, which is responsible for overseeing the implementation the FCC's universal service auctions. She has over 20 years of experience at the FCC, where she has worked on mobile competition, spectrum access, data collection and analysis, and universal service issues. Prior to her current position, she served as Deputy Chief of the Industry Analysis and Technology Division of the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau and held various positions in the Spectrum & Competition Policy Division, Auctions & Industry Analysis Division, and Office of the Bureau Chief of the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. Ms. Fallon began her career as a Research Analyst at the law firm of Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel. She is a graduate of the College of William & Mary, where she studied History and Public Policy.
