Chris joined the Cannabis Control Appeals Panel as its inaugural Chief Counsel in September 2018. In addition to overseeing CCAP’s legal team, Chris is responsible for adopting and implementing CCAP’s regulations and procedures, and for training newly appointed Panel Members. Before joining CCAP, Chris practiced business, employment and bankruptcy law in the private sector and worked as a litigator for CalPERS, where he specialized in administrative hearings and writs.
