Eva Robinson is the Head of Public Sector, J.P. Morgan Payments, North America, within the Corporate and Investment Bank. Eva serves as the senior payments executive in Washington, D.C. for public sector client relationship management. She leads a team that is responsible for client coverage and sales across the full breadth of J.P. Morgan payment solutions. Eva’s portfolio of clients includes large Federal departments, government enterprises and global development banks. Within J.P. Morgan, Eva is a member of the Washington, DC Market Leadership Team, the Black Executive Form and a newly appointed Executive Co-sponsor of “The Fellowship Initiative” (TFI) for Washington, DC. Eva has spent her career in both the public and private sectors. Her government experience spans across civilian and defense federal agencies as well as state and local governments both in the United States and aboard. Her interagency work on the FAR and DFARS was transformative for federal contracting. Eva is the recipient of numerous awards, recognitions and accolades for her contributions to both the public and private sectors. Eva serves as an advisory board member for Fair Chance of D.C. “where every child succeeds”. She has been a frequent speaker and the author of several articles on the how governments and public sector organizations can achieve a more efficient end state. Eva holds an MS degree in Organizational Leadership and a BA in Business.
