Roopal founded Lilu Financials, LLC. after 15 years of experience from management consulting and public accounting. Since 2000, Roopal has worked nationally and internationally for REL Consultancy Group (Hackett Group), Samson Belair / Deloitte & Touche & KPMG. Her career includes working for companies such as Rolls Royce, Sony / TriStar Pictures, Con-way, Mercy Corps, Kaiser Permanente, Goldenleaf Holdings Inc. Roopal is a licensed CPA in Oregon. She is a member of the AICPA, OSCPA and NCIA. Roopal holds a B.A. from Haverford College and a MBA in international finance and management from Thunderbird & Arizona State University. She has also completed the graduate program in accounting at McGill University in Montréal, Canada. Roopal opened her own firm in 2015 to provide strategic financial & operational consulting services to businesses both public and private. Lilu’s client list includes a variety of cannabis industry businesses in Washington, Oregon and California.
