Justin Butler has been in the swimming pool industry for over 14 years. He began his career as an electrician wiring swimming pool equipment. His desire to learn more about the products he was installing rapidly lead him from being an electrician to becoming a service manager. Justin started with Hayward in early 2014 as a District Field Technical Manager where he was responsible for training the service and dealer networks for the Western Florida and New England regions. As Technical Training Manager, Justin is responsible for training Hayward personnel as well as creating support content for field and internal use. He became a licensed Journeyman Electrician in 2010 and has been HVAC Certified since 2014.
