All tours pick up and drop off at the main entrance of the Sheraton Grand Phoenix Downtown Hotel. For all tours, there is a nonrefundable fee of 50 percent if cancelled 24-72 hours before departure and a fee of 100 percent if cancelled within 24 hours of departure. All tours are subject to cancellation should minimum registrant minimums not be met.
