Lisa has over 20 years of combined experience in horticulture and landscape construction/architecture. She is a licensed Professional Landscape Architect, and holds a M.S. degree in horticulture from Tarleton State University, and a Masters Landscape Architecture from the University of Arizona, where she learned the value of water scarcity in the desert environment, as well has designs that reflect the native environment. Prior to earning her landscape architecture degree, Lisa worked for companies in landscape maintenance, installation, and consulting small-scale design/build. She believes that landscapes should enhance our environment and wider ecosystems, not burden or deplete natural resources. Her life-long passion of native plants, horticulture, and landscape maintenance experience inspires and drives her sustainable and maintainable designs.
