Andreas Bitzarakis is the Director of Broadband Spectrum at Select Spectrum. Andreas’s role at the company consists of handling licensed spectrum bands directed at serving Fixed Wireless, WiMAX, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G applications - including but not limited to the 600 MHz, 1.9, 2.5, 3.65, 31 and 39 GHz bands. Andreas is additionally responsible for managing Select Spectrum’s semi-annual 2.5 GHz Spectrum Lease Auction (SLA) which brings together educational institutions, major carriers, operators, investors, and other entities to complete successful deals and partnerships on the secondary spectrum marketplace within the EBS and BRS bands. Andreas’s background consists of over 10 years in telecommunications and he has had significant success working with major U.S carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint.
