Lori Caruso is a licensed esthetician with decades of experience in the beauty industry, including as a stylist, manager and salon owner. As an esthetician in a medical spa, she was a key team member in developing multiple million dollar med spas, where she learned new listening skills that encourage seeing the person behind the patient. She is also an accomplished speaker and instructor, and has appeared as a guest on television.
