JOHN P. DIBIASI attended New Jersey Institute of Technology (B.S.C.E, 1999) and Widener University School of Law (J.D. 2003). He is admitted to the bars of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas. John is the managing partner for our Texas office. Prior to becoming an attorney, John's involvement in construction started as working as a Laborer, and subsequently moving on to Labor Foreman, Field Engineer, and Project Manager/Superintendent for a number of construction companies in the New York/New Jersey area. His experience includes construction and legal disputes involving airports, tunnels, bridges, state and interstate highways, underground utility installation and utility delays and disruptions. John is a member of Chi Epsilon (Civil Engineering Honor Society) and ASCE and ASME. His practice focuses primarily on construction and commercial litigation. He is a recognized New Jersey Super lawyer in New Jersey Monthly.
