Kurt Baumgarten is a telecommunications engineer with Dairyland Power Cooperative. Kurt has 16 years of experience in communications for electric utilities, and 26 years of telecommunications experience overall. Kurt has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and is the current UTC Region 5 Chairman.
