Chris Rabeau lives in the suburbs of Charlotte, N.C., and is a member of the Fermentation Nation Homebrew Club. He has been brewing beer for seven years, with sour brewing having occupied most of the last five. At a club meeting in 2014, he enjoyed La Folie on draught and the sour bug bit hard. His friends call him “Old Pepper Legs,” and his enemies call him “The Yellow Menace.”
