Tong Liu is a Principal Engineer at the Cisco Systems, responsible for CMTS software architecture, DOCSIS innovation and standardizations, with 20 years of experience in CMTS development. Tong holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Boston University. Tong has published over a dozen journal /conference papers, and 18 patents filled or issued by the US Patent Office.
