Henrique A. Menarin is with REIVAX since 2008 and works in research and development of control systems for power generation. He received the degree of Master in Automation and Systems Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Catarina in 2013, for the application of the Model Predictive Control framework to excitation systems and turbine governors for hydroelectric power plants. He graduated as Control and Automation Engineer at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, having collaborated during his 6-month internship program in a research project for Optimal Control at Max-Planck Institute in Magdeburg, Germany.
