Brian Wolf




Brian is the son of a Coors chemist and the great grandson of a Kansas farmer who always had his wheat beer on hand. He keeps these family traditions alive because he believes our history is our future, and he wants his son and daughter to know everything he can teach them about fermentation. Brian continues the tradition by constantly experimenting with bread, vinegar, hot sauce, yogurt, and vegetables. If he can imagine it, he will try to ferment it.
