As a Senior Regulatory Specialist with HDR, Jenna focuses on FERC hydropower licensing. She also manages the Pacific Northwest regulatory and environmental group - a dynamic and growing group of biologists and regulatory gurus with a wide range of experience in assisting utilities strategically navigate the FERC licensing and compliance process. In addition to a FERC licensing strategic adviser role, she has extensive strategic planning and public communication experience in the development of water quality and resource management plans and has facilitated community involvement workshops for international wildlife management planning, and led public involvement workshops focusing on the FERC licensing process.
