Gina Smith Moss serves as Deputy Chief for DHS/FEMA Finance Center (FFC). She joined FFC in July 2009 and oversees all financial management activities. Prior to FFC, she served as Audit Director in the DHS Office of Inspector General. Gina has an MBA and M.S. in Management from University of Maryland University College. She is a Certified Internal Control Auditor and served as Director for Chapters on AGA's National Governing Board. Gina serves on AGA's Governance Committee and the Journal Editorial Board. She is an ACFE member & served as VP for Finance for the Blue Ridge University of Maryland Alumni Chapter.
