Melanie Colbert has 30+ yrs experience in commercial real estate & serves as Principal of Operations for LBA Realty. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day property management & operations of the portfolio & has an active role in asset management, construction management & leasing. She attended the University of Arizona, holds the Certified Property Manager designation and a CA Broker's License. She previously served as President of BOMA OC and currently serves as Co-Chair on BOMA's National Advisory Council.
