Billie Enz




Billie is an emeritus professor at Arizona State University, where she served as an administrator and researcher in the College of Education for more than 25 years. She is an expert in the areas of family literacy, emergent literacy, and language acquisition. Since retiring, she has taught brain development and health courses for senior citizens, and, on the other end of the developmental continuum, she teaches early language and literacy to newborns and their first-time moms.
