Joanne Arnold is Director of Research at BOMA International where she leads research projects, such as the Office EER, the Industrial EER, the Economic Impact Study, and ad hoc studies on topics such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and Densification. Joanne has more than three decades of experience in market research and competitive analysis. She holds a B.S. in Economics and Geography from Bradley University, a M.A. in Administrative Sciences and a M.C.R.P., both from The Ohio State University.
