Raghu Padiyath is currently a Division Scientist at Commercial Solutions Division of 3M Company in St. Paul, MN. He brings a unique blend of coatings chemistry, physics and materials processing knowledge in launching commercially successful products for solar control glazing applications. He has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, Potsdam, NY and has over 25 years of product and process development experience at 3M. Dr. Padiyath is a co-author on 45 issued US patents on wide ranging topics including coating processes, LCD and OLED displays, flexible ultra barrier coatings, solar control films, and daylight redirecting films.
