Michael A. Dragonetti is a 28-year veteran with the Stamford (CT) Fire Department and a chauffeur for its rescue company. He has presented courses in elevator operations at the Fire Department of New York (FDNY) Technical Rescue School and is the founder/president of Dragon Rescue Management.
