Kyle Martin is the founder and president of Outdoor Mindset, an outdoor-focused community for people affected by neurological challenges. After growing up in Texas and earning a business degree from Texas Tech, he made the journey to Colorado. He's worked in the Human Resources field for various industries including Travel & Leisure, Cloud Software and Environmental Engineering. Kyle has a passion for the outdoors and on most days can be found on his snowboard, mountain bike, or surfboard. Diagnosed with a brain lesion in 2009; he knows firsthand the positive power of the outdoors and community on quality of life when dealing with a medical challenge. Kyle currently lives in Breckenridge, Colorado and has an 8-year old Golden Retriever that's way cooler than he'll ever be.
