Mr. Rast has over 30 years of asset management experience for large building owners in retail, education, military, industrial and institutional sectors. This includes development of asset management programs, analysis and recommendations for near-term investments and long-term asset management, and day-to-day program management. For the past 9 years, Mr. Rast has focused exclusively on roofing and building envelope programs. He holds two U.S. Patents for information technology applications related to asset management and facility project development.
