William Battleson is H-E-B's Diretor of Industrial Construction | Facility Alliance and formerly Target’s Director of Properties with a focus on building and exterior assets property management. Target owns and operates approximately 1,850 retail stores and 50 distribution centers, comprising 300 million square feet of high-quality facility space across North America. Among other critical initiatives, Mr. Battleson leads the development and execution of Target’s industry-leading roof management program. This program achieves high roof reliability across the building portfolio while controlling costs at a level 30-50% lower than industry averages. Mr. Battleson has 17 years of experience leading Target’s management of multiple workspaces, including: Facilities Management, Distribution Operations, Automation and Material Handling, Construction, and Strategic Planning. He is an experienced senior executive with a proven history of building organizational strategy and implementing with exceptional results. Mr. Battleson excels in leadership, communication, strategic sourcing, and facility performance management. Education: BBA, Integrated Supply Management from Western Michigan University – Haworth College of Business.
