Kristin Salzer joined the Department of Commerce as the Director of the Office of Financial Reporting and Policy in 2017 where she is responsible for the oversight and completion of all consolidated reporting requirements to Treasury and OMB, including the Agency Financial Report, Improper Payment Reporting requirements, and the implementation of accounting policy across the Department of Commerce. Prior to joining the Department of Commerce, Kristin worked for USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. Kristin has nearly 12 years of federal financial management experience and is a CPA and CGFM.
