Zaundra Ellis Director of Hospice Solution for Axxess. In overseeing development of Axxess’ Hospice software solution, Zaundra leverages her many years of expertise in the hospice industry to create a software that is easy to use and allows clients to be in clinical, administrative and financial compliance. She has served as the Executive Director for Kindred Hospice and Heart to Heart hospice agencies across Texas. In this role, she oversaw a hospice house, created and implemented a companywide QAPI program for an organization that served more than 2,500 patients, and used her experience to create operations that improved compliance and maximized reimbursements. Zaundra’s QAPI program helped agencies of every size improve outcomes for patients, stay compliant, and grow their business. Zaundra has been credentialed as a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator, Certified Assisted Living Manager, Certified Community Health Worker and Home and Community Support Services Administrator with the Texas Department of Health and Human Services.
