Nicole Burdette is Brookfield Residentials’ President in Southern California, responsible for overseeing homebuilding and land development operations across the Southern California region. In 2022, Nicole will lead the start-up of homebuilding in the Arizona market. Nicole joined Brookfield Residential in 2000 and has held a number of roles within the business including Acquisition and Business Strategy before taking on the Southern California leadership role in 2020. Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University and earned an MBA from National University.
