Adam Tindel is a Managing Director of BlackArch Partners, a leading middle-market investment bank offering a full spectrum of advisory services to financial sponsors, private companies and diversified corporations. BlackArch addresses the needs of owner-operators, founders and shareholders of private companies with specialized services that include M&A advisory, strategic advisory and private capital solutions. Mr. Tindel leads BlackArch’s Distribution practice and also has diverse industry experience across a wide range of other sectors including: Automotive Aftermarket; Transportation & Logistics; Business & Professional Services; Food, Beverage & Agribusiness; Diversified Industrials; and Energy. Mr. Tindel earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's degree in business administration with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
