The Mitty’s™ History
The Mitty™ is the flagship product of Take My Face Off®, a Los-Angeles based company that creates innovative skin cleansing products. An early version of the Mitty™ was introduced in the inventors’ area of a major baby products trade show in 2015. The overwhelming response convinced founder Amanda McIntosh that the Mitty™ was destined to find a wide audience.
Instead of responding to retailers’ requests to bring the baby version of the Mitty™ to market, Amanda decided to follow through with her initial vision—a line of luxurious, stylish, and highly innovative tools for a variety of needs and budgets.
After nine more months of development, testing, and market research, Amanda debuted the inaugural line of Mitty™ products at the Cosmoprof North America trade show in Las Vegas in July of 2016.
Take My Face Off, Inc. has a robust pipeline of patent-pending innovations at various stages of development. These include complements and add-ons to our existing products, as well as future category creators.
Bold creativity, attention to detail, and community engagement are the company’s hallmarks. As Take My Face Off prepares to ship its first orders, it’s also working with Los Angeles community leaders to identify organizations with whom it can partner in its desire to assist those affected by mental illness, and families and individuals who are faced with homelessness.
