Bollywood Parks™ Dubai, part of Dubai Parks and Resorts set to be the region’s largest integrated theme park resort destination, will feature the very latest in immersive attractions with two revolutionary new motion simulation experiences set to open later in 2016. Designed and delivered by turn-key manufacture and immersive specialist Holovis Attractions, these unique rides take a generic immersive tunnel to a whole new level, with a major Intellectual Property and storyline still to be announced.
Bollywood Parks™ Dubai will be the world’s first theme park dedicated to the Indian film industry based in Mumbai, providing a physical location for fans from across the globe to visit and celebrate the biggest names of Indian cinema and its highly vibrant and colourful canvas.
This latest turn-key Holovis attraction differs from existing immersive simulators where guests are typically experiencing a limited level of immersion from a single flat or curved 3D screen. These next generation 4D simulators are designed around two specialist 30-seat motion systems that take the guests on a journey where the initial physical themed world around them is merged seamlessly as they journey into the virtual world and immersive storytelling. The specialist 3D media is then delivered on enormous concave screens completely enveloping the entire ride vehicles through the use of a highly complex and unique projection design and configuration ensuring everyone has a compelling level of immersion with no degraded sightlines, regardless of the guest seat position or height.
The experience is further enhanced with Holovis HiFiniti spatial audio, multiple SFX systems and motion control technology that perfectly synchronises with the media ensuring the guests believe they are at the centre of this fantastic journey and travelling much further than they actually are.
