Transdermal application, or ‘TDA’ for short, is currently the only regenerative, non-invasive form of therapy, maximizing deep skin nourishment. TDA transports anti-ageing active ingredients, other active ingredients and vitamins into the deepest skin layers, without damaging the surface of the skin. What makes the treatment special is that the TDA applicator involves no direct contact with the skin; the person feels only a light, pleasantly cooling massage pressure on the skin’s surface – but can expect maximum results. The skin is adjusted from the deepest layers up, with cell division being constantly stimulated. The depth of wrinkles is reduced, and even those caused by gravity can be lessened. Regular TDA sessions cause active ingredient deposits to form in the lower skin layers of the dermis, activating cell supply and ensuring lasting improvements in the skin’s appearance in the long term.
The patent-protected TDA system’s success is due to the effective interplay of intelligent medical technology, the influence of multi-molecular hyaluronic acid and the protective power of high-performance plant extracts. The active ingredients are incorporated into a specially developed carrier substance (LP3). During treatment, highly concentrated oxygen is used to atomize this carrier into tiny droplets, before being applied to the surface of the skin using a contactless applicator. The high oxygen pressure activates the special barrier breakers inside the preparations. These open the skin in such a way that the active ingredients can penetrate through, targeting the deep dermis.
SEYO’s TDA system consists of a computer-assisted application station, an applicator and the respective active ingredient cartridge used in the applicator. This cartridge contains the active ingredients dissolved inside a special carrier substance. Specially developed program sequences make it possible to vary the intensity of the treatment in individual areas, thus catering to individual requirements. The multifunctional LP3 complex is what renders the highly effective active ingredients usable. It is thus possible for the first time to penetrate the skin’s lipid layer. The LP3 complex can be imagined as a collection of interleaved Hydro-lipid bead clusters, that nourish the cell layers with active substances. The LP3 complex has the ability to transport ingredients deep into the skin and store them in the lower skin layers. “The targeted, transcutaneous supply of oxygen not only combats hypoxias, which can be harmful to cell biology, but also provides the cell with essential nutrients and active ingredients. Indeed, only if something reaches a cell it can have an effect in the cell,” explains Dr Alexander Teslenko, head developer at SEYO.
